The Strategy

We began by gaining a clear understanding of Ablative Solutions’ trial goals, product roadmap, and overall strategic objectives. 

From there, we designed a recruitment plan tailored to their needs. 

This included mapping out critical roles across clinical and medical functions and building a blueprint of the contract and permanent expertise required to support the trial launch.

The Approach

To put the strategy into action, we combined our extensive network and databases with competitor analysis to identify target companies and reach the right talent pools. 

We pre-screened candidates and conducted competency-based interviews with contractors, saving Ablative Solutions valuable time in the selection process. 

Once candidates were chosen, we managed the full onboarding process, including right-to-work checks and regulatory compliance. Beyond onboarding, we provided ongoing support—handling legal and regulatory requirements and acting as a dedicated point of contact for any questions.

The Results

Over an eight-month period, we helped Ablative Solutions establish a strong presence in Europe by hiring 13 contractors across scientific, clinical, regulatory, data management, safety, and medical writing functions to support their Phase II trial launch.

Building on this foundation, we went on to support their expansion across Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, the UK, and the U.S. 

Over five years, we placed 114 contract and permanent staff across eight countries. Throughout, our in-house compliance team ensured smooth operations by managing legal and regulatory requirements, including visas, insurance, and right-to-work checks.
